Azores Holiday Apartment

The Azores Holiday Apartment in Ponta Delgada is 50 meters from the popular sandy beach of Praia das Milícias just 4 kms from the historical city centre of Ponta Delgada and 10 minutes drive from the airport. An ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Azores island of São Miguel.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building “Pópulo” overlooking the ocean, the black sandy beach of Praia das Milícias and the pool. You can see the highlands of Serra de Água de Pau, behind which Lagoa do Fogo – one of the most beautiful natural attractions of the island is hidden.

The size and division of the apartment makes it perfect for holidays with friends, two couples, a family with children or family with a child and grandparents … But of course, for two people as well who prefer a bit more spacious … A total of five people can be accommodated comfortable in the apartment.

The interior of the apartment is modern and comfortable. The bright living room – with a leather sofa – overlooking the pool and the sea is equipped with cable TV (international channels, mainly in English) as well as on request internet connection (Wi-Fi). A dining table with 6 chairs completes the room.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (fridge w/ freezer, dishwasher, stove w/ ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle). There is also a table with two chairs. In the walk-in storage room of the kitchen is the washing machine.

Two bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub. Towels, bed linen and kitchen linen are available.

Swimming pool and the tennis court of the private condominium, as well as private parking place in the garage and WiFi can be used  free of charge!
