The house is in a typical neighborhood of the city, the walk can easily reach all areas of the city, restaurants and supermarkets. Car is close to access roads to other villages of the island. The best way to travel around the island of São Miguel is having a car of their own.

On the first floor is the large Salon with sitting area, tv and dining room. Kitchen with pantry, outside balcony and access to the Garden. It also has a service bathroom. On the second floor, sleeps comfortably 5 people distributed by the 3 large bedrooms. 2 beds double and 1 single bed. Also has 2 full bathrooms and a service.
