The House needs is an old country house, set on a farm, which belongs to the same family since the seventeenth century. Besides the main house, the farm has an ancient cellar.

Dedicated to tourism is the main house, which retains its original charm, lying in the middle of gardens and lush greenery, with total privacy and a spectacular view of the mountains and the sea.

The house has a dining room, two living rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. It also has two terraces that invite you to enjoy the magnificent setting, and the rising and setting of the sun. The house is rented as a whole, there does not share the same with other guests.

It is located on the south coast of the island of S. Miguel, 7 km away from the airport, 5 km from Ponta Delgada, 16 km from the Golf of Battlefield, and 2 km from Pópulo Beach and Militias .

It is very close to the main tourist destinations on the island, namely: Lagoon of Seven cities, Lagoa do Fogo, Furnas, Vila Franca islet, Balnear Zone Blacksmithing and Santa Barbara Beach, which is known worldwide for surfers.
