Museu da Arte Sacra de Velas

This museum was developed through the sacred art’s acquisitions by Father Manuel Garcia Silveira, the old priest of Velas and founder of this museum centre. It is found within the Main Church of Velas and exhibits valuable liturgical furnishings, sacred images, sculptures and photographs dated between the 16th and the 20th century.
