This structure results from a requalification of the old milk collection station, allowing the preservation of an unclaimed space as an open museum,  open to the public 24/7, where you may observe, through glasses, utensils used in the old cooperative. The collection of milk was carried out in the morning and also in the afternoon, with timetables established for this purpose. After the delivery of the milk, it was transported to the cooperative and the production process of the traditional São Jorge’s cheese began.
